We have completely revamped our helpdesk software and integration with our website. We hope you enjoy the new improvements as much as we do.
A lot of work still remains to be done, such as adding more knowledgebase articles, integration with our billing interface (aka Client Central) and live chat support. For the latter feature, we have begun introducing a live chat popup window when you are browsing our support site. This will be gradually rolled out to our main site as well.
Feedback is greatly appreciated; we have even introduced a new system to garner feedback more easily. Just click on the Feedback tab in the helpdesk interface to log your comments or concerns. We will make every effort to respond or implement the requested feature(s).
